I'm oh so festival chic in this look right?! That's how I felt wearing it. I wore this look from Hong Kong into mainland China (Guangzhou). It was my first time driving across the border & not taking the train. Interesting experience indeed. There was even a "drive-thru-immigration" lol

These shorts are very very short, but in China EVERYONE walks around in shorts all day. All ages & shapes. Its so hot here, its really the only thing to do!

Off to The Races / Durban July OOTD

The 2013 Vodacom Durban July has been my best year yet! I was in the Miller marquee aka Miller Boomtown (in the VVIP area) - & awesome people like 2 Chainz, AKA & Kuli Chana performed. I had an amazing time with great company :) I shot these photos before the event, & I have to say I am quite impressed with the look I put together. I wanted to also show you guys that attending a HUGE event like this doesn't necessarily mean you have to fork out money of designer threads. You can go for a mix n match look too. I have also included a video on Essentials for attending an all day event below.

"la belle muse" -  I added a new addition to my body art. My first visible tattoo. The tattoo itself is French. Yes, j'adore the French language & actually studied it 3rd language at school. It means "the beautiful muse". I have always thought of myself as an inspiration to others - whether its my style, or the way I carry myself, I just want to inspire others. To be your muse.

I have another quilted backpack. This one is pink & pretty :) My Blackcherry Bag collection is growing so much! Love it!! I'm sure you noticed, but I'm wearing lots of H&M in today's look. What can I say - I love them! Oh & in case you live under a rock - H&M will be launching a range with Isabel Marant this November!!! Amazing right?!

I love me some denim shorts!!! I am dreading having to stop wearing my shorts. Winter is approaching & the idea just freaks me out. I don't like being cold at all. I like the overall casual cool look of today's outfit. I haven't worn these shoes since the beginning of this year!!! 

I have been busy with planning an awesome giveaway to celebrate the 500 000 views this blog will be reaching. Yes, I know we are still 90 000 short, but we should reach the milestone by mid July, & I am super excited to spoil you! I already have some sponsors, & I cannot tell you how excited I am!!!
