OOTD: Metallic Jeans

I luurve my GOLD JEANS from Woolies!!! These gold denims have been in my closet for over 3 weeks if I'm correct, & I cannot believe that I only got to wear them now!? Well really, it's my own fault because I just chose not to do it for some reason - but that's over! They're worn :) And I'm in love!! I decided to dress down the look by pairing it with another two of my other favs, my Luella over the knee boots, & my high-low shirt from Mr Price. The leopard clutch is from Mauritius & bangles and earrings are from Sass Diva.

In my previous Monochrome Monday post - I will not be posting every week as I have done in the first 10 weeks of this project - it will be an ongoing but not consistent project going forward. So, in keeping with this inconsistency...I have done something different, my outfit post is layed on my floor rather than on my body lol.

As the release date of The Dark Knight Rises  draws closer and closer ( 20 July 2012 ) - everybody seems to be going a tad bit "batty" over it - myself included. Prior to about 2 years ago - I wasn't that much of a fan - I am now!!! And I am loving this Batman Collection by Lazy Oaf!!



Inspired by the original DC Comics, this collection applies classic iconography to an array of high fashion Lazy Oaf garments presenting Batman as you�ve never seen him before. For the women�s collection find super hero body suits, killer leggings, over-sized shirts including a unique play on the bat wing and a super cool 90�s inspired sheer bat crop top.

The men�s collection features hand picked Batman imagery arranged into their instantly recognizable Lazy Oaf prints. These appear on their staple and popular men�s garments including short sleeve shirting, T-shirts and jersey crew neck sweatshirts. The collection was shot by photographer Viktor Vauthier - and YES! I am in love!!!

At The Intersection

As a brand that evolves rather than reinvents, for me certainly, RAOUL has been always successful in outgrowing the term of minimalist silhouettes. Unveiling their latest Fall Winter 2012 collection which showcased in Audi Fashion Festival Singapore on last May, the brand offered up 52 looks inspired by architecture and modernist design that refined and simplified to their most essential form and silhouette. Also contrasting with colors and optical prints which all tied back to the inspiration of, Intersection, when one idea or direction meets with another.
